NBA 5 UNITED PARIS 2011
NBA 5 United Tour is a grassroots event combining outdoor 5-on-5 tournaments with pick-up games and interactive basketball elements. The event taking place at the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville Paris hosted 64 teams with total of 412 pre-registered players and about 80.000 spectators at the two-day event.

NBA 3X Summer Tour 2012 Italy
NBA 3X is the new global platform celebrating the game of basketball and bringing the NBA across Italy! Each of the six 2012 tour stopps will bring you 3on3 basketball and exclusive NBA entertainment all weekend. Current Players such as Danilo Gallinari and James Harden will watch you play the ball. Besides them NBA Legend Derryl aka. 'Chocolate Thunder" Dawkins as well as the Suns Dancers will have presence on site. The 3on3 tournament play will take place on both saturday and sunday with divisions based on age and gender and tons of city bragging rights to be won.
NBA Fan Zone - Europe Live 2012
During the NBA Europe Live 2012 presence of the Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics the NBA organized Fan Zones to celebrate the game of Basketball with its fans. expema helped to manage three different projects during the first week of October, 2012. The NBA Fan Zone at Potsdamer Platz and NBA Cares court-reopening at Mellowpark in Berlin, Germany as well as the NBA Fan Zone at Piazza del Duomo in Milan, Italy. All events were packed with thrilling NBA action and the presence of NBA Legends, NBA talents, NBA Dance Teams and Mascots and at the Mellowpark in Berlin the NBA commissioner David Stern.

DBB 3X3 Open
In it's second year the DBB 3x3 Open has seen four qualifier tournaments (Leipzig, Nuremberg, Dusseldorf, Bremen) and one special event in Frankfurt plus the German Final taking place in front of iconic O2 World in Berlin.
All winning teams in different age categories have booked their ticket to the National Finals to fight for the title "German Champion in 3on3 Basketball 2013"
expema helped on logistical, marketing & promotion and moderation sides of the event.
KICKZ together with BEKO presented a one-of-a-kind 3on3 Basketball Tournament in Berlin. With a downtown location ('Alte Münze Berlin'), 5 Courts, DJs, Burgeramt BBQ and lots of Basketball action this event was something not to miss in 2013.
The winner of All Star male category took home a 2.000 EUR cash cheque.
expema as full service event management agency for KICKZ started from scratch to create a unique basketball atmosphere throughout the two-day event. All angles of the event were delivered and managed by expema.
NBA 3X Paris 2013
NBA 3X is the league's global grassroots event program. It combines a competitive 3on3 basketball tournament with free interactive basketball activities, including the adidas Skills Challenge Court and Foot Locker Pop-a-Shot machines.
In 2013 NBA 3X visited 31 cities in 13 countries on 5 continents and seen over 13k men and woman registered and over 1M attended fans.
As the NBA's event management agency in Germany and France expema helped to make this event a huge success. With a 'sold out' 3on3 tournament, Carlos Boozer appearances on both event days, 18.000 attending people and over 50.000 event impressions the NBA was more than happy with the NBA 3X Paris.
expema assisted the NBA on different angles of the event such as marketing and media, City of Paris and venue management, event staff, tournament organization and local event services.
Due to our strong local network and a partner agency expema helped the NBA to understand and stay in-line with local rules and regulations.

ING-DiBa #shutupandplay Berlin 2014
The ING-DiBa #shutupandplay Berlin 2014 is in the books and let me tell you something - 'streetball at the highest level in Germany is back!' After years without any high-class tournament we set the stage for a long-lasting project.
Berlin as the first start was awesome, pure sunshine, 25.000 people on both days, first class DJ team and 101 teams in four categories. The #shutupandplay dunking world championship on Sunday afternoon was an one-of-a-kind slam dunk show in Germany. The winner took home 7.000 EUR.
expema as the event management & logistical agency and local organizer helped to keep the flow of the tournament & event. We did provide everything needed for a perfect 3on3 basketball weekend. Thanks to our partners KICKZ AG and Sky Media Network this event was a blast. CU again in 2015!
